These Terms govern use of K9 Sports Nation, including its directories, records, member features, and Rules Assistant.
Third-party postings
Job, opportunity, event, directory, marketplace, and other third-party postings are provided by independent third parties. They are not offers, endorsements, guarantees, or representations made by K9 Sports Nation, and K9 Sports Nation is not a party to relationships or transactions arising from them. Postings are for informational purposes only and must be independently verified before use.
Rules Assistant and AI-generated guidance
The Rules Assistant uses artificial intelligence and is not perfect. Responses may be incomplete, outdated, misleading, or incorrect and are not official rulings or professional advice.
All responses must be verified against the cited passage, the complete current official rulebook, published amendments, and the applicable governing organization before they are relied upon. Do not rely on AI responses for safety, animal welfare, eligibility, disciplinary, legal, or financial decisions.
Rules Assistant questions and AI-generated responses are saved for up to 90 days and may be viewed by authorized K9 Sports Nation administrators for quality review and service improvements. Review records do not include your name, email address, or a link to your account. The text you submit may itself contain personal details, so do not enter sensitive, confidential, or unnecessary personal information.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity; misrepresent AI guidance as an official ruling; disrupt the service; use burdensome automated access; or bypass quotas and safeguards.
Quotas and availability
Features may have membership-based allowances, rate limits, or other quotas. K9 Sports Nation does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue features.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site, citations, content, and AI-generated responses are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Liability is limited as described in the full Terms.
