Mondioring
Mondioring is an international ring sport governed by FCI regulations. It combines exercises from the European ring sports, and each trial is built around a theme, with props and distractions placed on the field.
How Mondioring works
- Obedience: Heeling, positions, retrieves and food refusal performed among the trial's distractions.
- Jumps: Hurdle, palisade and long jump, depending on the level.
- Protection: Face attacks, defense of handler, and search and escort against the decoy.
Dogs pass a Brevet, then compete at Mondioring 1, 2 and 3.
